Calendar Alarm — Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 August 2026

In short: Calendar Alarm is a free alarm clock for your calendar meetings. It is provided as is, it reads your calendar only to set alarms, and you can stop using it at any time by uninstalling it.

1. Who provides the app

Calendar Alarm is developed and published by Bulat Mukhutdinov. Contact: bulatmu1408@gmail.com.

2. What the app does

The app reads the calendars of the Google accounts you connect and sets an alarm at the start time of every meeting that has a reminder on it. It skips all-day events, cancelled meetings and invitations you have not accepted.

3. Licence

You may use the app free of charge for personal or work purposes. You may not resell it, redistribute modified copies, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Your Google account

Access to your calendar is granted by you through Google's consent screen and can be revoked at any time in the Android settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops the app from reading new calendar data.

5. No warranty, and the limit of what an alarm can promise

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In particular, an alarm depends on the device: the operating system, the manufacturer's battery and background restrictions, Do Not Disturb, volume settings, and whether the device is switched on. Do not rely on the app alone for anything where missing an event has serious consequences.

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for a missed meeting, a missed alarm, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

6. Privacy

Calendar data is read on your device and is not sent anywhere. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Changes and termination

These terms may change; the updated version is published at this address with a new date. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. The developer may stop distributing or supporting the app.
