The short version: Calendar Alarm has no servers of its own. Your calendar data is read on your device, used to set alarms, and never sent anywhere. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking in this app.

What the app reads
To set an alarm for a meeting, the app needs to know when the meeting starts and whether it has a reminder. It reads the following, and nothing else:
- The list of calendars of the Google accounts you explicitly connect in the app.
- For each event in the next 7 days: start time, title, cancellation status, your own RSVP status, whether it lasts all day, and its reminders.
- The names (email addresses) of the Google accounts present on the device, so the app can offer them for you to connect.
Calendar data is obtained either through the Google Calendar API using the read-only scope
calendar.readonly, or from the calendar already synchronised on your device via Android's
calendar provider. Access is granted by you and can be revoked at any time in the Android settings or
at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
What leaves your device
Nothing that the app reads from your calendar leaves your device. There is no backend, no account registration and no cloud sync operated by the developer. The only network connections the app makes are requests to Google's own Calendar API, sent directly from your device to Google, in order to read the events described above.
What is stored on your device
- The list of Google account names you connected, so the app remembers them between launches.
- Identifiers of the alarms currently scheduled, so they can be cancelled when a meeting changes.
Both are kept in the app's private storage and are removed when you disconnect the account or uninstall the app. Meetings themselves are not stored: they are re-read from the calendar each time.
Permissions and why they are needed
- Calendar (read) — to see meeting times and reminders.
- Notifications — to show the alarm and the warning that alarms may not fire.
- Exact alarms, full-screen intent, run at boot — so an alarm rings at the exact minute, appears over the lock screen, and survives a restart.
- Foreground service (media playback) — to keep the alarm sound playing until you turn it off.
- Ignore battery optimisations — optional. Without it some manufacturers keep the app offline in the background, and calendar changes never reach it.
- Internet — to reach the Google Calendar API.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data about them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date at the top of the page.

Коротко: у «Будильника встреч» нет своих серверов. Данные календаря читаются на устройстве, используются, чтобы поставить будильник, и никуда не отправляются. В приложении нет аналитики, рекламы и сторонних трекеров.

Приложение читает календари гугл-аккаунтов, которые вы сами подключили: у событий на ближайшие 7 дней — время начала, название, признак отмены, ваш ответ на приглашение, признак события на весь день и уведомления. Ещё оно читает имена гугл-аккаунтов на устройстве, чтобы предложить их для подключения. Доступ выдаётся вами и отзывается в настройках Android или на myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Данные календаря не покидают устройство: бэкенда у приложения нет, регистрации нет, своей синхронизации в облако нет. Единственные сетевые запросы — обращения к Google Calendar API, которые уходят с вашего устройства напрямую в Google.
На устройстве в приватном хранилище приложения остаются только список подключённых аккаунтов и идентификаторы поставленных будильников — чтобы их можно было снять, когда встреча изменилась. Сами встречи не сохраняются, они перечитываются заново. Всё это удаляется, когда вы отключаете аккаунт или удаляете приложение.
Разрешения нужны для следующего: календарь — видеть время встреч и уведомления; уведомления — показать будильник и предупреждение, что будильники могут не сработать; точные будильники, полноэкранное уведомление и запуск после перезагрузки — чтобы будильник звонил минута в минуту, поверх экрана блокировки и не терялся после рестарта; фоновый сервис — чтобы звук играл, пока его не выключат; отключение оптимизации батареи — необязательно, но без него некоторые прошивки держат приложение в фоне без сети; интернет — для обращений к Google Calendar API.
Приложение не адресовано детям и не собирает данные о них. Если политика изменится, новая версия появится по этому же адресу с новой датой сверху.
